Allison Munn

Munn was born and raised within Columbia, South Carolina. Russell Munn, her political lobbyist father, was born in Columbia. Munn was a student at AC Flora High School, in addition to The College of Charleston. Munn relocated to New York, where she was commissioned as the lead for The Fantasticks an Off-Broadway Musical. Munn's stage work continued after her the roles she played on White Oleander, the film adaptation of Janet Fitch's novel. Munn was in the film alongside Alison Lohman, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Renee Zellweger. Also, she appeared in the romantic drama of Cameron Crowe Elizabethtown with Orlando Bloom, Kirsten Dunst and Renee Zellweger.Munn was part of Tina Haven in the second season of What I Like About You. She portrayed Holly Tyler, Amanda Bynes the show's best companion. Munn appeared on The Simpsons until the fourth season, that ended on 24 April 2006.
